What does a Day of Wedding Coordinator do?

She will meet with the bride/groom to go over their vision for their wedding.

Then she will put that vision together into a timeline and execute it. She will be the single point of contact for all the vendors and venues. She will forward the timeline to them to ensure they are all on the same page. She will help decorate the venues with all the DIY items, place cards, favors and so on. She will direct the wedding party down the isle and into the reception for introductions. She will be the bride’s right hand woman the entire wedding. Anything the bride or groom needs during the wedding she will get or coordinate. She is prepared for practically anything. She will make sure that the wedding flows smoothly along with the timeline making adjustments as needed. And at the end she will make sure all items are collected and given to the correct person or stored. And so much more!!
